A Charge Pack is a small box cliped to a soilder's belt, attached to they're backpack or even welded to their armor. They are used to recharge Battery Clips. It has a micro-nuclear core which can recharge up to five Battery clips at a time. An totally used clip can be total recharged in 5 mins.
For soilders who use lazer weapons one of these is extremely important, unless they would rather carry a large number of clips.
